Manual Therapy, guided functional exercises, balance training, and fall prevention are some of the services we provide.
As a physical therapist, Sonia provides evidence-based, holistic, dynamic, and creative care. The goal of her treatment is not just to make patients feel better but also to improve their mobility so they can enjoy doing what they love.
Sonia has been a licensed physical therapist since 2005 and has worked in various settings, including outpatient, telehealth, and assisted living facilities. She loves to learn new therapeutic techniques to enhance her patients’ experience and help them achieve optimal outcomes promptly.
She dedicates the necessary time for the patient to explain their history, concerns, and expectations. She then conducts a thorough evaluation and examination to design a personalized care plan based on each patient’s needs and goals. She provides evidence-based, holistic, dynamic, and creative care to improve the patient’s life.
